The Audit-Ready Guarantee — on Audit Rush, Rush+ and Concierge

Your books reconcile to the cent, and every deductible traces to a source document or is explicitly flagged with a reason. If we miss that standard within your agreed scope, we keep working at no charge — and if we still can't deliver, we refund your fee in full.

We guarantee the books, not the IRS's decision — and the guarantee can't cover documents or account access you don't provide. Full terms in §6 of our Terms.

Need IRS representation too? The "War Room"

If your audit needs someone to take the actual correspondence, a partner EA/CPA steps in — from ~$3,500 (rev-share). You get representation; we handle the hand-off instead of losing you to an accountant.

Talk to us

Overage $0.05/doc on the DIY tiers (Concierge is a fixed, scoped fee). One full mailbox-year scan is included on every paid tier — Audit Rush up to 3 accounts; Audit Rush+ and Concierge cover all your accounts up to ~15.

The deliverable

What's inside your audit pack

Not a black box. This is exactly what you download when the agent is done — the same files your CPA or an examiner would ask for.

The reconciled workbook

Every document with its vendor, date, amounts, payment method, reference IDs, flags and reviewer notes — one sheet per source, ~30 data columns, plus an all-documents index.

A computed readiness verdict

The summary sheet states "Audit readiness: READY" — or lists exactly what still blocks it, with the percentage documented and the dollar exposure of anything missing. Computed, not asserted.

Bank-statement tie-out

For each account: opening balance + every transaction = closing balance, checked against the statement and labeled reconciles / does not reconcile. The "your books tie out" proof itself.

The reconciliation file + Schedule C mapping

A file joining every document to its matching transaction (date, amount, vendor, reference IDs) for your CPA or tax software — and your categorized expenses mapped to their Schedule C lines.

Every line in every file traces back to the source document behind it — that's what makes it audit-defensible rather than just tidy.

Questions

Individual FAQ

I'm being audited right now — which plan?
Audit Rush ($599) if you want to do it yourself with the agent assisting, or Concierge ($1,999) if you want it done for you. Both include a full mailbox-year scan across your accounts. Tell us your notice date when you sign up — audit cases jump the queue.
How fast is it? I have an IRS deadline.
Fast enough to fit inside a typical 30-day IRS window with room to spare. The agent's scan runs in hours, not weeks — connect your accounts today and review matched books as soon as tomorrow. Concierge standard scope is delivered within 7 business days of connecting your accounts. Timelines start once your accounts and documents are connected.
What exactly is the Audit-Ready Guarantee?
On Audit Rush, Audit Rush+ and Concierge: your books reconcile to the cent, and every deductible traces to a source document or is explicitly flagged with a reason. If we miss that standard within your agreed scope, we keep working at no extra charge — and if we still can't deliver, we refund your fee in full. It covers the quality of the books; it doesn't promise a particular IRS outcome, and it can't cover documents or account access you don't provide.
What's the difference between Audit Rush and Concierge?
Audit Rush is agent-assisted: the agent scans, reconciles and exports, and you review. Concierge is done-for-you: the agent does ~90% and we — or a partner CPA — finalize the last 10% and hand you audit-ready books reconciled to ±$0.01.
What if some receipts no longer exist?
That's normal — deleted emails, closed accounts, cash — and an audit doesn't require perfection. IRS rules waive the receipt for many expenses under $75 in eligible categories (travel, meals, auto — lodging always needs one), and Reconcily applies that waiver automatically. Other charges are substantiated by the bank or card statement line itself. Whatever is still missing becomes a prioritized to-do list — each flagged charge carries its merchant and date so you know exactly what to chase — not a dead end.
What counts as a document?
Any receipt, invoice or statement page the agent reads. The included packs (~750 docs on Audit Rush, ~2,000 on Audit Rush+) cover a typical year; anything beyond is $0.05/doc.
What if I have more than 3 accounts?
Audit Rush covers up to 3 connected accounts. Audit Rush+ and Concierge cover all your accounts (up to ~15 mailboxes) plus a mailbox scan per year.
Do I have to commit to the Concierge price up front?
No. A complexity readout measures your books first, so you see standard ($1,999) versus complex ($3,500) — or a custom quote — before anything is locked in. A flat price with the Audit-Ready Guarantee behind it, priced from data.
Is my data secure?
Read-only inbox access, bank-grade encryption, and a per-document audit trail. Credentials are envelope-encrypted and never stored in plaintext.
