Pricing & billing FAQ

How does billing work?
Subscriptions plus metered usage through Stripe. Reconciliation is always free — only document extraction (OCR/LLM) is metered, and every tier includes a generous allowance. The agent handles the keys; you never bring your own.
What happens if I go over my document allowance?
Overage is billed at $0.04–$0.05 per document depending on plan — still well under what per-document OCR vendors charge. Most customers stay inside the included allowance.
Is my data secure?
Read-only inbox access, bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest, and per-document audit trails. Credentials are envelope-encrypted, never stored in plaintext. We build to GLBA / FTC Safeguards and are pursuing SOC 2.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Individuals move up the ladder as needs change; businesses and firms can up- or down-grade, and firm billing flexes with your active-client count each month.
