What counts as an "entity"?
One legal business — an LLC, S-corp, sole-prop or similar — with its own set of books. Multiple businesses each need their own entity, but additional entities are billed at 50% of the base price.
What happens if I exceed my document allowance?
Nothing breaks. Documents over the included allowance are billed at $0.04 each — a fraction of what per-document OCR vendors charge. Most single-entity businesses stay well under the ~3,000/yr included on Business.
Does Reconcily connect to my bank?
You import downloaded bank feeds (CSV / OFX) and connect your inboxes and cloud drives for receipts, invoices and statements. The agent matches every document to the right transaction and flags anything missing.
Can my accountant get access?
