What counts as an "active client"?
You only pay for clients you actually reconcile in a given month. Dormant or off-boarded clients do not count toward your bill — so a seasonal book of business scales down in the off-season.
Can I re-bill Reconcily to my clients?
Yes. Firm pricing is firm-billed, so most practices fold it into their monthly fee or pass it through at a markup. Many firms make the audit-defense SKU a billable line item.
How do staff seats work?
Seats are unlimited on every firm plan. Add your whole team — reviewers, preparers, admins — at no extra cost. You are billed on active clients, not headcount.
Where does this sit against Keeper and Dext?
